Responsibilities:
Data Frameworks and Reporting:
Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data requirements
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate conversion funnel performance and insights to stakeholders
Analyze data, study trends, flag possible performance issues, and recommend interventions to optimize product performance
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user and product data, including user behavior, conversion rates, and marketing.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to inform product strategy and development
Product Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, tracking their performance over time and helping to set and achieve growth targets
Product Roadmap Support: Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and improvements based on data-driven insights
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, growth and P&L heads, and marketers to build and update precise data reports
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics or relevant certifications preferred
High Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Big Query, Excel, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Metabase, and data visualization tools like Tableau [mandatory]
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong stakeholder management and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years full-time work experience as a data analyst
Should have hands-on experience setting up data structures for the organization
Experience in E-commerce/Product-based company is preferred
