- Manage fixed asset accounting processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate month-end closing activities and perform variance analysis for P&L and BS movements
- Capitalize assets based on completion certificates and track assets under progress
- Implement and monitor controls for asset recording and disposal
- Prepare audit schedules for fixed assets and assist in resolving auditor queries
- Prepare MIS and dashboards for management presentations
- Work experience of 1-3 years in fixed Asset management and accounting
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and ability to perform month-end closing activities
- Proficiency in variance analysis and presentation skills
