Responsibilities:
Monitoring and log analysis with cloud platforms (Azure, Google) and virtual infrastructure (VMware)

Troubleshooting hybrid cloud infrastructure issues, service incidents, performance, and availability issuesInfrastructure provisioning through the automation/CLI/GUIPerforming basic maintenance and assisting in deploying new resources and servicesClose cooperation with 3rd line Hybrid Cloud Reliability Team, Service Desk and VendorsBuilding enhancements and fixes where necessary.

Ensuring that IT Security, Privacy and Quality needs are maintainedWorking in shifts at IAC officeOperation and management of monitoring tool platformsPatch and vulnerability managementService request managementCore SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of cloud management, automation, alerting and monitoring toolsStrong experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud or VMwareFamiliar with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud and VMwareExperience with W2k16/19/22 and RHELFamiliar with Infrastructure as a CodeExperience with Ansible playbooks and Terraform patterns executionBasic familiarity with scripting and automationExperience with Service Now ticketingFamiliar with ITIL frameworkStrong communication skills – internal customer focusExperience within an infrastructure operations environmentStrong personal & work organisational skillsLanguageEnglish:
