Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. With a minimum of 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, the ideal candidate will not only spearhead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies but also play a pivotal role in managing the team and guiding them towards achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a dedicated digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Delegate tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both our internal brand and client projects.
• Formulate and execute plans to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall digital presence.

Sales and Lead Generation:

• Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and drive sales through effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.

Target Achievement:

• Set clear targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the digital marketing team.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met on time.

Client Projects:

• Oversee the digital marketing aspects of client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering successful outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the digital marketing team, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and share insights with the team for ongoing enhancement of strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in leading digital marketing teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in sales and lead generation through digital channels.

Salary Slab: 6 LPA – 10 LPA
