    Purpose:
    Manage theMarketing & Business Development of our ForgingFacility.

    Since this profile is versatilehe is also expected to ensure implementation of prevailing systemsand procedures and strive to adopt good Practices with an eye forprogressively improving the Bottom line and Top Line aswell.

    Roles& Responsibilities:1. Builds marketposition by locating developing defining and closing businessrelationships for both Domestic andInternational2. Identifies trendsetter ideasby researching industry and related events publications andannouncements.3. Tracks individualcontributors and their accomplishments.4.Locates or proposes potential business deals by contactingpotential partners.5. Discovers and exploresbusiness opportunities.6. Screens potentialbusiness deals by analyzing market strategies deal requirements andfinancials.7. Evaluates options and resolvesinternal priorities in conjunction withPlanning.8. Develops negotiating strategiesand positions by studying integration of new venture with companystrategies and operations.9. Examines risksand potentials for the businessopportunities.10. Estimates partners needsand goals.11. Closes new business deals bycoordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;and integrating contract requirements with businessoperations.12.

    Protects organization s valueby keeping information confidential.13.Enhances organization s reputation by accepting ownership foraccomplishing new and different requests.14.Explores opportunities to add value to jobaccomplishments.15.

    Preferably Small & Medium Forging industry minimum of 8Yearsc. Excellent Communicator English /Hindi d. Flair for Problem Solving Skillse.
    Man Management Skills with Reasonable EQ f. S.M.A.R.T in all hiscommitmentsg. He should be well networked inthe industry for new businessopportunities.

    Desirable:

    Machining and Forging backgroundb. Underunderstanding of CAD and CAM interfacec.

    Experience of Working with Organization eg L&T Siemens BHELMNC as a Department Heade. Superannuatedpersons with Passion and Exuberance are alsowelcome.
