Roles & Responsibilities: 1.

Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working with key members within the organization while managing a team.

2. Develop and execute online marketing activities to drive the business. 3. Allocation and presentation of merchandise within the Ecommerce site. 4. Budget management for online channels in India. 5. Overseeing product offers, merchandising and ensuring sales are maximized and the content is delivered effectively. 6. Ensuring constant update of new technologies and strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of online platforms. 7. Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions and mailer campaigns and Set KPI benchmarks for competitive analysis. 8. Manage and monitor orders, sales and shipments. 9. Monitor sales, stock and gross margin report by division, concept and product group for review.


HUMAN RESOURCES Desired candidate profile:
1.

At least 6 years of experience out of which at least 4-5 years of experience in the online selling environment 2.

Excellent analytical skills 3. Branding and sales knowledge 4. Technical expertise on online channels 5. Negotiation Skills
