    Finance Lead



    Responsibilities:


    Create/edit Chart of Accounts:

    • Develop and maintain the Chart of Accounts according to organizational needs.
    • Regularly review and update the Chart of Accounts to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial reporting requirements.

    Maintain GL groups and codes:

    • Manage General Ledger (GL) groups and codes to accurately categorize financial transactions.
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy in GL coding for all financial activities.
    • Payment processing against Job work or Material invoices:
    • Process payments for job work or material invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Handle GST einvoicingrelated matters, HSN codes, etc:
    • Manage GST e-invoicing processes, including compliance with regulations and guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of HSN (Harmonized System of Nomenclature) codes for goods and services.

    Lead Finance operations - JV, PJV, Payments, etc:

    • Take a leadership role in finance operations, including preparing journal vouchers (JVs), processing payment journal vouchers (PJV), and managing other financial transactions.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of finance operations.

    Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
    • Assist with financial audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
    • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CA Inter or CA Final qualification.
    • Proven experience in financial operations, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with GST einvoicing and HSN code management.
    • Familiarity with financial controls and risk management practices.
    • Prior experience in leading finance operations or managing a team.
