    Digital Growth Strategist

With a close-knit team of 50 and a portfolio spanning branding, social media, performance marketing, websites, and e-commerce, we continue to drive impressive annual turnover.

    Responsibilities

    • Owning the brand's digital growth strategy to increase ROI.
    • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
    • End-to-end media planning & execution on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Platforms, and other social media channels.
    • Analyzing data on ad spends, revenue, and user/customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Understanding and planning for effective creatives and copies that drive conversions.
    • Managing budgets over ₹400,000 on Google Ads and Facebook Ads per month.
    • Tracking all platforms and sharing assistance in their evaluation through regular performance reports.
    • BUILDING strong relationships with D2C clients as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, techniques, and platforms.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
    • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics) for campaign analysis.
    • Experience in managing and optimizing SEM.
    • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
    • Creative mindset for compelling ad copy and creatives.
    • Strong project management skills for handling multiple campaigns.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
