    Job Description

    • Be a single point of contact for the allocated students and resolve day-to-day Unacademic queries of learners and ensure a minimum TAT & 95% CSAT.
    • Develop a cohort wise mentorship plan and ensure 80% of students complete their course.
    • Help learners achieve weekly and monthly outcome milestones like assignment submissions, VIVAs etc.
    • Active engagement and communications through calls, email and learner groups.
    • Review weekly learner engagement data and make action plans to ensure 80% cohort qualification rate.
    • Incorporate developmental suggestions and feedback received from program managers, category managers and other stakeholders.
    • Resolve student queries and doubts and enhance student learning experience.


    Requirement

    • Should be comfortable with doing 150 calls/day
    • Good Verbal & written communication skills.
    • Good Rapport building skills.
    • Good with Tech jargons
    • Should be able to counsel students.
