Job Description: As a Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Your role will encompass both technical expertise and functional understanding, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
2. Design and implement customizations, configurations, and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. Develop technical specifications and documentation for customizations and integrations.
4. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
5. Perform data migration and integration activities between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation.
7. Conduct end-user training sessions and create user documentation.
8. Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and advise clients on best practices.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
10. Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
3. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and configuration options.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable.
5. Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
8. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-230) are a plus.
9. Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred.
10. Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed
