    Roles :

    • Identifying new business opportunities-with "Go to Market Strategies"
    • Should have sales experience in Managed Services and IT Staffing
    • Solution Selling & Execution
    • conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
    • Responsible for exploring and developing new businesses across verticals/geography
    • Interacting with C-level, VP IT, IT Directors etc. getting immediate opportunities and schedule meetings.
    • Signing contracts and establishing operations independently with the Fortune 500 companies.
    • Measuring market risk like growing competition
    • Sales responsibility and Execution along with Program Accountability for the business
    • Have to be instrumental in dealing with the clients and streamlining collection process
    • Reaching business Targets in terms of Clients acquired and MSA signed
    • Driving Results and Efficiency
    • Should have prior experience in client acquisition of at least 10 years
    • Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
    • Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
    • Must be involved planning and implementing best practices on sales, marketing, and business initiatives to support corporate objectives.
    • Must plays a critical role in creating leadership, strategic client partnerships and profitability improvement
