- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resourcesrelated matters, decisions, processes, policies and procedures.
- Work closely with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives toward employee engagement.
- Capturing employee pulse to provide floor insights to the stakeholders to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Facilitate separation formalities to ensure smooth employee offboarding.
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of the organization to cater to business needs.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problemsolving skills, critical thinking, negotiation skills & stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in HR metrics, and systems, and a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to develop HR strategies that support overarching company goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate a positive work environment.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
