    Job Description:

    • Talent Acquisition – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing responses, offer negotiation and closure within stipulated TAT
    • Employee Lifecycle Management – Managing the employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exits.
    • Ensuring New Employee Experience-Inductions and employee settling-in.
    • HR Analytics and Reports
    • Making offer letters, Appointment Letters, Internship letters, Increment and Promotion Letters, Termination Letters.
    • Maintaining Employee documentation and data management.
    • Performance Management – Identify and bridge performance gaps, ensure fair execution of Annual PMS

    Education : MBA HR

    Other specifications :

    Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

    Hands-on Experience on Excel

    HR Systems experience – HRMS
