- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute minutes.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Manage and maintain executive files, documents, and databases.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executive team members and other staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Handle special projects and assignments as assigned.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Executive team in case they are busy or not available at that moment.
- Drafting and Writing Emails to be sent to clients.
- Getting the Executive team's work done through proper delegation in the company and ensuring work is completed on time.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Experience working with senior executives and a proven ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Good English skills are very much important for this role.
