    Executive Assistant | Founder's Office [Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Gurugram]

    We are seeking an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, be able to work independently with little to no supervision, should have a problem-solving attitude and be well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an executive team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute minutes.
    • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
    • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
    • Manage and maintain executive files, documents, and databases.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Act as a liaison between executive team members and other staff, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Handle special projects and assignments as assigned.
    • Attend meetings on behalf of the Executive team in case they are busy or not available at that moment.
    • Drafting and Writing Emails to be sent to clients.
    • Getting the Executive team's work done through proper delegation in the company and ensuring work is completed on time.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
    • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
    • Experience working with senior executives and a proven ability to establish effective working relationships.
    • Good English skills are very much important for this role.
