    Aboutthe RoleWe are hiring aFounders Staff at our Bangalore office. The responsibilities forthe roleinclude:
    1. Founder s Staffat Klub work with the cofounders on multiple strategic initiativessuch as new product launches financial and business modellinggrowth strategiesetc.
    2. The priority forthis role will be to support the CEO and Head CorpDev infundraising across debt equity and our inhouse credit funds.
    3. This will involvereaching out to potential investors doing introductory callsresponding to data requests and taking leads toclosure.
    4. It will alsoinclude working with internal stakeholders to respond to datarequests collating customised data rooms working on documentationetc.
    5. While fundraisingwill be the primary focus initially (6080% of time) the role willalso support the CEO & COO in other priorities from time totime.

    Requirements
    1. 510years work experience in wealth management in clientfacing roles.This will not be the right role for researchoriented candidates inwealthmanagement.
    2. Killersales mindset with the ability to form deep relationships with HNIsfamily offices wealth advisors etc. An existing network is highlypreferred but notmandatory.
    3. Experiencein identifying leads reaching out to them and securing a firstconversation. We are ideally looking for candidates who have donethis at scale though that is notmandatory.
    4. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills incl. being able tosummarise dense content for readers who are short on time.
    5. Ability to createpowerpoint and excel files that other stakeholders can easilyunderstand. Advanced excel skills are a bonus but notrequired.
    6. Exceptionalprojectmanagement skills incl. managing dozens of threads at thesame time and providing visibility to managers through trackersupdates etc.
    7. Exposureto fundraising for funds is preferred but notmandatory.
