    Job Description :

    As a Lead Backend Developer at , you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and maintenance of our backend infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust backend solutions that power our platform. You will be responsible for guiding a team of talented backend developers, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and APIs that support 's platform.
    • Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement features accordingly.
    • Mentor and coach backend developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
    • Identify technical debt and inefficiencies in the backend infrastructure, and drive initiatives to refactor and optimize codebase.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development, and incorporate them into the development process.
    • Work closely with DevOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of backend services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the backend development team.
    Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of 7+ years in backend development, with expertise in one or more programming languages such as , Python or PHP.
    • Strong understanding of backend technologies, frameworks, and design patterns, including microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, caching mechanisms, and database management systems.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Prior experience in leading a team of backend developers, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
    • Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose innovative solutions, and implement them effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
