Job Description:

Responsible for managing and enhancing the digital assets journey for our banking customers. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and positive experience to customers applying for personal loans through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for the digital personal loan journey
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, SDG, policy, risk, analytics, and operations to implement product enhancements
• Monitor key performance indicators to track the success of the product and identify areas for improvement
• Work with growth teams to drive higher digital assets penetration and conversions
• Stay updated with and ensure adherence to the regulatory guidelines and recommendations released by authorities periodically

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of the digital lending space and familiarity with the banking regulatory environment in India.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and trade-offs to senior executives.
