    Associate Recruiter (for Marketing and Sales)


    LogicLadder is seeking an experienced Associate Recruiter with 2-3 years of expertise in non-IT recruitment, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Operations profiles.

    The ideal candidate will have proficiency in utilizing Zoho ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri, and IIM job portals for talent acquisition. The primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.


    Job Duties:

    • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
    • Review job descriptions and specifications to understand the requirements of each position.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for preliminary interviews.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
    • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
    • Utilize any ATS to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records of interactions.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    Requirements :
    2-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Operations.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing any ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri, and IIM job portals.
    • Experience in conducting candidate screenings and interviews.
    • Familiarity with negotiation and offer management processes.
    • Previous experience in managing endtoend recruitment processes.

    Key Skills:

    • Strong understanding of nonIT recruitment processes and best practices.
    • Proficiency in any ATS and other recruitment software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and crossfunctional teams.

    Good to Have Skills:

    • Experience with Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Understanding of employer branding strategies.
    • Experience in using assessment tools for candidate evaluation.
