Senior Assistant - Navi Mumbai, India - One Point One Solutions
Description
Principle duties:
Audit experience - Thorough knowledge of ISMS – physical Security audits / EHS / Compliance audits etc.
Event Management – Managing in house and external events, Venue coordination for leadership events, finalize team dinner venues, deciding and managing F&B operations etc.
Travel management – Booking hotels / cabs for employees and keeping a track of budget.Manage high profile client visits and meeting arrangements.
Employee relocation process – Start to end.
Cafeteria management – Oversee the cafeteria food management / food hygiene and safety / managing Online ordering system dashboard.
Coordinate with Legal and Finance for agreement draft finalization and closure as per company clauses.
Oversee facility / infrastructure of Mumbai office – Soft and hard facility knowledge.
Support Admin Budget forecast and management.
Reporting to Head – Admin for office activities / incidents / progress etc.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders like finance / IT / HR and business teams for administrative support.
Coordinate and provide necessary support to Bangalore and Gurgaon admin team whenever required.
Corporate gifting – suggestion / customization and timely delivery.
MIS / weekly admin meeting documentation.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in corporate administration & event management
Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders / senior management.
Qualification:
Graduation / Post Graduation in Hospitality Management is preferred
