We are looking for Quality Specialist with MGA/Broker Domain must.

Role – Quality Specialist - MGA/Broker Domain

Required Experience – 7+ Years.

Primary Skills – Insurance Broker Domain QA Specialist

Product Experience - Experience of Testing PAS products like Vertafore MS , Concept One, Bridge, etc

Domain Skill – MGA/Broker Insurance

JD -

Experience of 7+ years as a Quality Analyst in Insurance P&C Product Testing

Minimum 4+ years of testing experience in Insurance MGA and broker domain and familiarity with Agency insurance products, rules and methodologies

Must be able to manage team of 5+ QA's and handle allocation work independently.

Must be solution oriented and have attitude to get involved in QA execution.

Must be aware of Automation frameworks and implementations.

Testing Applications to deliver functionality as desired by the Business.

Functional Knowledge of Web applications testing is must.

Good to have experience on Migration Testing

Good to have experience on Selenium automation testing or leading automation frameworks.

Knowledge of SQL or WebService testing, beyond compare, Jira, qTest is good to have.

Should have Worked on Agile projects.

Must be ISTQB certified. Agile certification is plus. AINS Certification a plus.

Inquisitive in nature and ability to think critically.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task.

Must be flexible to relocate.

Soft Skills

Must have strong written and oral communication skills.

Good knowledge of solving complex technical problems.

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.

Good analytical skills and problem-solving techniques are needed.

Should work independently with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
