- Should have KYC and/or BGV domain Experience and knowledge (preferable)
- Adherence of Quality SLA's and contractual agreements with internal & External stakeholders
- Team handling experience

- Deployment and Strengthen the Quality Assurance Framework for the Business
- Team handling and taking care of quality related deliverables per QSD/SOW
- Conduct Customer comeback analysis & Trend Analysis for all the errors received from the clients
- To meet the monthly Sampling numbers as per the target
- Identify and implement the Process improvement opportunities
- Ideation drive to improve the process
- Quality reporting and Presentations
- Perform Error/Trend Analysis & Complete RCA for all the errors identified
- Graduate
- Good command over MS Office
- Good Excel / Power point Knowledge
