• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the training and development of cafe staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers as needed.
• Create and implement strategies to increase cafe sales and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the cafe's financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities and events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
