    Accellor is looking for Data Architect, a self-driven senior technical professional to collaborate with our business and Development teams and help qualify, identify, and build Data & Analytics solutions. As part of Enterprise Data Team, this position is responsible for actively defining robust, efficient, scalable and innovation solutions that are custom fit to our needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design solutions involving data architectures based on established principles. Architectures include but not limited to data lake, data fabric, dimensional marts, MDM, etc.
    • Create data flow diagrams and details to establish data lineage and help educate team members in a clear and articulate manner
    • Partner with technical leads to identify solution components and latest data related technologies that best meet business requirements
    • Identify gaps in the environment, process, and skills with the intent to address, educate, and bring teams together to drive results
    • Become a thought leader by educating and sharing best practices, architecture patterns, building deep relationships with technical leaders, contributing to publications, white papers, conferences, etc
    • Create cloud data models and database architecture using database deployment, monitoring automation code, and for long term technical viability of cloud master data management integrated repositories
    • Improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value
    • Ensures adherence to Enterprise data movement, quality and accountability standards in technology
    • Manage data science work streams and eventually build a team of data scientists, ML experts and data engineers to solve business problems by applying advanced Machine Learning algorithms and complex statistical models on large volumes of data
    • Experience with information retrieval, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding and Neural Language Modelling
    • Expected to contribute to opportunity analysis, building project proposals, designing, implementation and execution across variety of ML projects in the areas of Predictive Modelling, Forecasting and Optimization
    • Helps in new project proposals with advanced analytic architectures across functional areas as per requirement/opportunities

    Requirements

    • Should have minimum of 12+ Years of experience
    • Solid expertise in Data warehouse, ETL and Data engineering areas
    • Exhaustive experience in Data bricks, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, etc
    • Experience leading enterprise-wide data science projects from scratch to scale
    • Highly proficient in Python, R, SQL, Spark, and other big data tools
    • Visualization tool experience - preferably with Tableau or Power BI
    • Sound knowledge of cloud ecosystems like Azure, AWS and Google cloud
    • Data analysis, reporting, visualization expertise and experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python and R in scale
    • Sound Experience with traditional as well as modern statistical techniques, including Regression, Support Vector Machines, Regularization, Boosting, Random Forests, and other Ensemble Methods
    • Experience in Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, Presto, Cassandra, Kafka and NoSQL databases
    • Carrying out statistical and mathematical modelling, solving complex business problems and delivering innovative solutions using state of the art tools and cutting-edge technologies for big data & beyond
    • Ability to evaluate quality of ML models and to define the right performance metrics for models in accordance with the requirements of core platform
