    Job Summary:

    We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for sales and education. As a Global Sales Expert, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our programs, and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and achieving monthly targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Proactively generate and qualify leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling. Build relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
    • Program Promotion & Sales Execution: Promote and sell our educational programs, focusing on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children. Confidently communicate program benefits and unique features to both parents and decision-makers.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.

    Requirements:

    • Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Experience in handling educational programs for children aged 4-15.
    • Excellent customer relationship-building skills.
    • A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales.
    • Bachelor's degree or Master's and a keen interest in the EdTech space.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary: INR 3,60,000/- to INR 4,80,000/- per annum (based on performance).
