    Job Title: Warehouse Manager

    Job Summary: A Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of a warehouse or distribution center. This includes overseeing inventory management, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining equipment, managing staff, and ensuring the safety and security of the warehouse.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management:

    Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and errors.

    Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.

    Receiving and Dispatch:

    Supervise the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments.

    Organize and coordinate the outbound shipment process.

    Ensure products are stored and handled correctly to prevent damage.

    Staff Management:

    Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel.

    Safety and Compliance:

    Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

    Warehouse Layout and Organization:

    Optimize warehouse layout for efficient product flow.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

    Equipment Maintenance:

    Ensure all warehouse equipment (forklifts, conveyor systems, etc.) are well-maintained.

    Schedule routine maintenance and repairs. Order and manage spare parts as needed.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    Maintain documentation of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.

    Communicate regularly with upper management.

    Supplier and Vendor Relations:

    Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize product deliveries and quality.

    Resolve any discrepancies in shipments or orders.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

    Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

    Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

    Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, if required.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
