Key Responsibilities:

• Saviynt IGA Configuration & Testing: Configure Saviynt IGA platform features and conduct tests to validate solution effectiveness.
• Technical Specification & Documentation: Provide technical specifications to Business Analysts for documentation of functional and technical requirements.
• Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, coordinate activities, and provide training to internal employees.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize strong Java/J2EE, SQL/PLSQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) skills to enhance Identity Governance solutions.
• Identity Management & Governance: Hands-on experience with Identity Management, User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning & Reconciliation, Auditing, Reporting, Access Certification, SoD (Segregation of Duties), and Cloud Security.
• Mentorship & Code Review: Mentor junior developers, review deliverables, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Standards & Best Practices: Ensure all deliverables align with industry standards and best practices.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude while directly communicating with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-9 years of experience in development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.
• Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE, SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience working with Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Expertise in Saviynt IGA or similar Identity Governance and Administration platforms.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and technical presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of User Lifecycle Management, Access Certification, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Cloud Security.
• Ability to work independently, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Security & Compliance.
• Exposure to IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock, etc..
• Certifications in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Saviynt IGA.
