    Job Title - Head - Investor Relations

    Location - Pune, MH.


    Job Purpose:

    • Preparation for Investor Relations interactions, plan.
    • Interaction with business analysts, Institutional shareholders.
    • Lead preparation of documents for analyst ppts, roadshows, peer comparison reports, etc.
    Preparing investor relations plan -

    • Prepare investor relations plan (incl institutional shareholders) including
    • Calendar for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences.
    • Calendar for analyst calls and presentations.
    • Events and communication plan for institutional shareholders
    • Develop and monitor performance metrics for investor relations.
    • Keep track of investor base and top investors
    Interaction with business analysts, inst. shareholders Schedule and organize investor meetings, roadshows, conferences etc.

    • Schedule and organize analyst call and meetings.
    • Prepare and align agenda for meetings.
    • Prepare and circulate minutes of investor meetings/transcript for analyst calls.
    • Summarize and circulate analyst reports.
    Lead preparation of documents for analyst ppts, roadshows, peer comparison reports -

    • Prepare investor presentations, press releases etc.
    • Prepare global competitor evaluation and peer comparison reports
    • Ensure timely update of reports and documents on website.


    Internal Relations - President - finance, Finance Planning & business partnering team, BU/Sector Heads (as required), Corporate Strategy team (as required).

    External Relations - Institutional investors and Analysts


    Financial Dimensions:

    • Satisfaction feedback for Top 10 institutional investors.
    • Adherence to schedule for sharing of investor reports.
    • Timely communication of analyst reports to management.
    • Adherence to investor & analyst relations plan.
    Education - Undergraduate Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Accounting (with strong grade point average).

    Relevant Years of experience - 18+ years comparable work experience or as a business analyst.

    Functional Expertise -

    • Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting.
    • Strong Excel and presentation skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Behavioural Competencies:

    • Strong business acumen.
    • Communication skills (written and oral).
    • Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in cross functional setting.
