    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the origination of RE transactions, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Build and lead a highperforming team dedicated to Real Estate business, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    • Deal Origination and Business Development
    • Originate and source new deals across real estate sector directly and with the help of team.
    • To be updated with the Market Intelligence on Real Estate Market and Track Key Developments
    • Understanding the nuances of wholesale funding for the Real Estate Sector
    • Responsible for monitoring the RE transactions throughout the transaction lifecycle
    • Origination, Closure and Deepening of Relationship
    • Manage the disbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loans. Implement effective monitoring mechanisms to track loan performance and mitigate potential risks.
    • Client Management: Have deep relationship with the client and understanding their needs and providing feasible solution
    • Help the team for finalization of the Deal Structure, Participate and Negotiate on key commercial terms and Transaction documents
    • Contribute to the development and profitable growth of the real estate portfolio by developing new relationships
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and preserve connections with important partners, clients, and stakeholders to enhance business relationships and explore collaborative opportunities.
    • Compliance and

    Policy Adherence:
    Ensure strict adherence to internal and regulatory policies and procedures governing the Real Estate sector. Implement and monitor compliance measures to mitigate risks and uphold industry standards.

    • Team Development and Performance: Oversee the development, performance, and training of the staff, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
    • Market Analysis and

    Trends Evaluation:
    Monitor consumer opinions, market trends, and competitor activity in the RE sector. Identify opportunities and challenges, formulating strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

    • Problem Identification and Resolution: Proactively recognize and address any issues, risks, or hazards that might impact the RE business. Implement corrective measures and solutions to ensure smooth operations.
