    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including employee recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and administration. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee recruitment and employee relations
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
    • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS systems
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
    • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
    • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
    • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS system
    • Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development
    • Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees
    • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies
    • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR
