We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook/Chef to join Rudra Paying Guest House, Assi, Varanasi.

The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing tasty and hygienic meals with a focus on Indian and continental cuisines.

The chef will be responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per the daily menu or guest requests, ensuring proper presentation, taste, and portion control.

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, food storage standards, and hygiene protocols is essential.

The role also involves managing inventory, minimizing food wastage, and coordinating with the serving staff for smooth and timely meal service.

Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow all food safety regulations.

A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred, along with basic knowledge of culinary practices.

A diploma or certification in hotel management or culinary arts will be an advantage. The salary will be negotiable based on experience, and accommodation with meals may be provided.
