    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and manage the creative team to develop innovative and compelling marketing campaigns, product designs, and brand experiences.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment of creative strategies with business objectives.
    3. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
    4. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and creativity within the team.
    5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
    6. Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations, for various marketing channels.
    7. Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    8. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    2. Minimum 9 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the electronics industry.
    3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums, including digital, print, and video.
    4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
    5. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
    6. Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
    7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
