The Environmental Health and Safety Manager will develop implement and maintain EHS management systems ISO 14001 ensure compliance with local national and international EHS regulations conduct risk assessments HIRA incident investigations root cause analysis lead safety culture initiatives toolbox talks behavioral safety programs monitor reduce environmental impacts emissions effluents waste energy manage emergency preparedness fire safety disaster management plans liaise with statutory authorities auditors regulators track report EHS KPIs near misses corrective actions develop execute organizations ESG roadmap sustainability strategy identify manage material ESG risks opportunities drive carbon footprint measurement reduction initiatives net zero planning lead initiatives related to climate change energy transition water stewardship waste circularity biodiversity occupational health social impact establish governance structures internal controls engage stakeholders suppliers contractors communities drive supplier ES G safety compliance programs conduct training programs organization support customer investor inquiries audits implement digital solutions monitoring reporting benchmark industry best practices peer organizations drive continuous improvement projects enhance performance maturity.
