    Description

    Role: CMMI Implementor

    We are seeking a highly motivated CMMI Implementor with 6-8 years of experience to join our HPE team.

    Location: Bangalore

    Notice period: Immediate to 15days

    Experience : 6-8yrs

    Work mode : WFO (General Shift )

    JD For CMMI Implementor:

    • Responsible for seamless implementation and successful appraisal of CMMI SVC and DEV – ML3
    • Responsible for planning and execution of the program, within cost and schedule.
    • SPOC for the program, co-ordination with stakeholders including vendor and drive the program to success with minimal support.
    • IT Process Consulting (CMMI/ISO process framework - definition, implementation, standardization, harmonization).
    • Gap analysis, facilitate and audit projects, process improvement / documentation inline with business objectives and CMMi recommendations.
    • Co-ordinate with vendor/appraisal body for program planning and tracking, ensuring milestones are met and gaps are addressed.
    • Progress tracking and report out, early detection of any challenges and resolve.
    • Ensure bringing value to the business through this initiative in terms of effort optimization, process standardization and cost reduction/quality delivery with improved customer satisfaction.

    Experience:

    1. 6 to 8 years of prior experience in leading the organization for end-to-end implementation and successful appraisal of CMMI SVC and DEV -ML3/ML5 – Version 3.0 for large scale IT Services organization.
    2. Good experience in IT Services industry with diverse technologies.
    3. Extensive experience in process transformation programs, audits and assessments. (gap analysis, definition, deployment, piloting, institutionalization, PIID & SCAMPI preparation for large organization with multiple projects),
    4. Experience as ATM, implementation coordinator is desirable.
    5. Experience in addressing customer challenges on IT Services for quality and compliance.
    6. Good knowledge of statistical techniques and metrics.
    7. Consulting experience for multiple clients is preferred.
    8. Experience in conducting internal training in CMMi SVC and DEV / Quality for IT Services.
    9. Extensive experience in process auditing/ SQA skills, process documentation.
    10. Must have participated in L3/L5 Appraisal program for SVC and DEV v3.0, preferably as an Appraisal Team Member (ATM)
    11. Hands on experience in technical roles for IT Services is advantageous.
    12. Excellent oral and written communication.
    13. Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, ITIL, Leen Six Sigma Black Belt are preferred.
    14. Educational qualification – BE, BCA, MCA preferred.
