Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will take on a pivotal founding marketing role with immense scope for impact. This role will design and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and fuel the growth of our AI-powered virtual collaboration platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead planning and budget allocation for digital marketing campaigns to optimize user acquisition and retention.
• Content Creation: Craft engaging product descriptions, feature overviews, and landing page copy.
• Market Positioning & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
• Growth & Analytics: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive product awareness, generate leads, and enhance adoption.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Design comprehensive marketing and messaging strategies that align with Spatial Chat's business goals and brand positioning.
• Social Media Management: Manage Spatial Chat's social media presence, curating content that builds community engagement and amplifies brand voice.
• Brand Content & Event Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including articles, blog posts, and videos, to highlight Spatial Chat's vision and technical expertise.
• Customer-Focused Marketing: Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted campaigns and innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise in running campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, and other digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in market research and positioning strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
