    Candidate Profile:

    Age: Up to 35 Yrs.

    Educational Qualification: Graduate, (MBA-Sales & Marketing, Experience from the

    Signage Industry preferred).

    Location: Karnataka/Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

    Role definition: Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and creating strategies to pursue them. Their primary objective is to generate revenue and expand the company's customer base by identifying new markets, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You shall be part of Channel Sales Team and get an opportunity to develop in depth knowledge of the Signage Industry. Your key inputs will help strategize the sales and pricing policy from time to time.

    MS office, Word, PPT presentations.

    Experience / Segments: 3-6 years of experience in Business Manager (Experience related to Signage

    industry preferred).

    Responsibility & Deliverables:

    Generating Revenue at optimum Margins.

    Achieve and exceed the set targets both Top & Bottom-Line

    Conduct Market Research to identify new Markets, new Customers and Lead Generation.

    Timely Presentation of well supported market information to improve strategic planning.

    Fair Trade practices & upholding the Integrity of the Co. at all times.

    Maintain Cordial relations with existing clients and building rapport with new clients.

    Systematic Assessment of Customer profile to determine the Customer Credit Limit with an aim to

    achieve Zero Bad Depts.

    Planning and Scheduling of Calls and Visit Calendar, ensuring timely visits.

    Ensuring proper Coordination between Sales and Logistics team.

    Efficient and Effective reporting of all Sales Calls-Visits, Periodical Sales reports etc.

    Maintaining and updating the Customer database periodically.

    Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the Characteristics, Strengths and Weaknesses of our existing

    products in par with competition.

    Ensure customer complaints are well addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

    Additional Essentials:

    Visit HO Once or twice a month for Team Review meeting

    Area Of Operation Mainly being in the states of Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

    (South India)

    Work Timing: 10:30 am to 7.00 pm (Monday-Saturday)

    Reporting to: TSM/ Business Head.

    Job Location: South India.
