    Description

    JD for Business Development Executive Position:

    • Suspecting and Prospecting for New Clients / Lead Generation
    • Direct Communication with clients VIA Email/ Phone
    • Conduct follow-up on generated leads
    • To achieve monthly, quarterly, annual targets as decided by the organization from time to time.
    • To develop strategies so that the above targets are achieved as desired by the Organization.
    • Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
    • Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
    • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
    • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
    • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
    • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
    • Coordinate with Technical / Purchase team
    • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
    • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
    • Search for new prospects from Websites, Business Portals, Business Groups
    • Use Social Media like LinkedIn etc. for new leads.

    Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

    Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

    Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

    Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

    Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

    Qualification:

    • Graduate in any stream.
    • 1-3 Years of Experience into telecalling, cold calling and lead generation.
    • Target oriented, willingness to grow
    • Should have knowledge about insurance products
