    We are a unique hotel sales and marketing company with head office in Mumbai. We work with hotels and operate acquisition-based Loyalty Programs.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager, located in Vadodara. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for sales, managing customer relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and overseeing guest services. The Guest Relations Manager will work closely with hotel teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction specifically for the Hotel's loyalty program.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
    • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
    • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays

    Work Location - A five star hotel at Sarabhai Campus, near Genda Circle Vadodara
