    Job Overview

    We are hiring a HR Assistant to join our team at MQS Technologies Private Limited. As a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, office administration, and employee relations. This is a full-time contract position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Hindi.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
    • Knowledge of email and calendar management.
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
    • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
    • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Contribute to the maintenance of HR databases and systems.
    • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
    • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.

    Note: 1 year contract role, after 1 year based on your performance will consider for on role.
