    Job Description :
    Translate Client's business requirements into a set of analytical tasks

    • Work independently on business problems and generate meaningful insights
    • Able to filter through ambiguity present in business problems & come up with a wellstructured methodology
    • Articulate analysis findings efficiently with an onshore team
    • Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives meaningful change on KPIs and critical objectives for the Client.

    Must have :

    • 3+ years of experience in data analytics role with expertise in Tableau/Powerbi
    • Must have a working knowledge of different types of charts, tables, filters, calculated fields, parameters, functions, blending, LODs, etc. in Tableau/PowerBI
    • Ability to build medium to complex interactive dashboards using a different type of data sources in Tableau
    • Strong analytical & problemsolving skills
    • Strong verbal and business communication skills
    • Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis
    • Strong business acumen & demonstrated an aptitude for analytics that incite action

    Good to have :
    Experience in Python, R, SAS, SQL and other programming languages, Web Automation, Excel VBA
