    Drive HR Initiatives for BU Partner with Business Leaders / Business Champion Leads in implementing HR processes and initiatives.

    Drive BU level employee engagement initiatives Drive BU Communication and connect calendar Address Employee Grievance Manage multi-location and virtual teams Participate and partner in the Business related HR activities

    Excellent written and oral communication.

    Understanding of HR domain and best practices in the industry .

    Proficient with MS Office skills especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

    Multi-task and should be able to work under stringent deadlines.

    Ability to understand stakeholder's requirement and align with the expectations.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving Skill.

    Facilitate smooth onboarding to the BU on completion of joining formalities.

    Query handling on people processes.

    Preparation of presentations /reports/ dashboards/ trackers.
