    Description

    Key Job Description :

    • Preparation/Review of Financial Statements as per IND AS requirements and getting them audited
    • Responsible for the annual Budgeting, Tracking actuals vs. budgeted, Variance Analysis, Monthly Projected Financials, Branch Profitability, Functional Costing MIS etc.
    • Preparation/Review of MIS for internal and external stakeholders
    • Assisting in Capital Raise and due diligence process.
    • ECL as per Ind AS norms
    • Enhancement in existing GL systems ( Oracle Fusion)
    • Monthly closing of the book, preparation of MIS profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and special management reports etc
    • Automation of various sub process
    • Coordinating Leverage Function and ensuring Financial/qualitative covenants compliance of all lenders
    • Preparation/Review and submission of RBI Returns
    • Supervising various Audits
    • Supervising Accounting Payables

    Qualification & Experience :

    • CA with 7/ 8+ years of relevant experience (from a systematically important NBFC) post qualification
