Immediate Looking for the Chief Financial Officer cum Finance & Accounts Head at the location of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Reporting to: Managing Director
Age: Not more than 40 years
Gender: Male only
Qualifications: B.Com., C.A ( Charted Accountant )
Experience: 10 12 years of experience of which minimum 4 5 years as Head of Accounts
Roles & Responsibilities:
Budget preparation
Cost Cutting & Austerity
Vertical Development Identifying those non/underperforming Verticals & planning exiting those Verticals.
Fund Management LCs / OD / Deficit Finance Mobilization
Planning for Future in terms of Technology
Payments and receivables
Fund flow management
Quarterly P & L preparation
Balance sheet preparation
Liaison with Bankers
Advise on financial issues and taxation
Fund Management & Mobilization including Deficit Financing
Filing of returns under various statutory requirements
Managing IT Notices / Queries etc.
Preference:
Work experience in construction industry is preferred
