    Description
    The Application Support & Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the full life-cycle of incidents and problems. The position will require working closely with the product, engineering and sales team to deliver a smooth customer experience.

    ResponsibilitiesWorking with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and diagnose customer reported issues on the different levels of solutions (i.e. Database, Application, Communication, and Integration Interfaces Levels).Be the first point of contact for customer queries and tickets.
    Act positively and respond promptly to the customer's requests/tickets.
    Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
    Collaborate with customers over remote calls to understand their queries and brainstorm potential solutions.
    Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.

    RequirementsBasic exp in JS, HTML, CSS.0-2 years' experience in a familiar field.
    Willing to work in the US time zone (10pm to 6am IST).Experience in writing SQL queries.
    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

    Experience in one or more of below is a plus:
    Experience in using no-code/low-code platforms.

    Knowledge in database engines (PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL Databases).Experience in using cloud storage services like AWS S3.Basic understanding of platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
