1. Generateleads/enquiries through various sources designed by the Company andother activities
2. Handle Clients queries andtheir requirements build relationships
3. Verbaland written communication with clients andCompanies.
4. Sell real estate projects to theclients
5. Provide market research and analysisfor existing and upcoming real estatedevelopment.
6. Keep update of existing and newLaws related to property Dealing and real estateMarket.
7. Go for meetings and inspections withclients
8. Database management related to Clientsand Properties.
9. Report on the deals undervarious stages of progress with their status.
10.Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding ofmarket trends and client business needs.
11.Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self andteam.
12. Close deal andrecovery
