    KeyResponsibilities:

    Market Assessment:
    Conductthorough market research and assessment of rural areas nearGhaziabad to identify potential sales opportunities and targetvillages.


    Gram Mitra and Swastha Rakshakappointment:
    Develop and implement a robust strategy for recruitingand onboarding Gram Mitras in targeted villages. This includesidentifying and building relationships with local RegisteredMedical Practitioners and community leaders to facilitate agentrecruitment.


    Training and Development:
    Provide comprehensive training and support to Gram Mitras andSwastha Rakshaks to equip them with the necessary product knowledgeand sales skills


    Sales Strategy:
    Collaboratewith the sales team to develop and execute effective salesstrategies tailored to rural markets taking into account localcustoms preferences and buying behaviors


    Sales Targets:
    Set and achieve sales targets for Gram Mitras andensure they are consistently working towards achieving them


    Customer Engagement:
    Build and maintainstrong relationships with customers in rural areas addressing theirneeds and concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction


    Reporting:
    Generate regular reports on salesactivities Gram MItra performance market insights and recommendimprovements based on data analysis


    MarketExpansion:
    Identify new villages and regions for market expansionand work on strategies to enter these areas effectively
