Job summary
Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans including timelines resource allocation and budgeting Acting as a liaison between different teams client consultants suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow Creating and maintaining project schedules tracking progress ensuring adherence to timelines Strategic decision-making by providing critical insights on project process Tentative cash flow preparation and compression with actual cashflow Sub-contractor finalisation techno commercial offer preparation submission liaison negotiation for tenders work Managing equipment materials manpower ensuring they are available when needed within budget constraints Maintaining project documentation contracts permits drawings change orders Implementing quality assurance measures ensuring construction activities meet industry standards client expectations Identifying potential risks implementing strategies mitigate them safety protocols followed Addressing issues arising during construction finding effective solutions keep the project track Providing regular progress reports stakeholders including managers clients upper management Ensuring construction activities comply relevant regulations building codes safety standards Experience in ERP
