This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Flam located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with Social Media Marketing, including creating and managing content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing engaging copy. The role will require close collaboration with the marketing team and other stakeholders.

• Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
• Content Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Writing skills
• Experience in managing social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and insights
• Experience with social media tools and analytics
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
