    Job Overview

    Futuretech BizSoft LLP is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Surat, Gujarat, India. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
    • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
    • Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new leads and potential clients through market research and networking
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal
    • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
