    JobDescription:
    We are seeking a highlymotivated and articulate Tele Caller with excellent Englishspeakingskills to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidatewill be responsible for cold calling potential clients generatingleads and promoting our products/services to achieve salestargets.


    Responsibilities:

    ColdCalling: Initiate outbound calls to potentialclients with the aim of introducing our products/services andgenerating interest


    InsideSales:

     Engage in effective inside sales techniquesto convert leads into salesopportunities


    Product/ServiceKnowledge:

     Acquire and maintain a thoroughunderstanding of our products/services to effectively communicatetheir features and benefits to prospectiveclients


    LeadGeneration:

     Identify and qualify potential leadsthrough strategic research and dataanalysis


    Customer RelationshipManagement:

     Build and maintain positiverelationships with clients through effective communication andfollowup


    Achieve SalesTargets:

     Work towards achieving individual and teamsales targets by effectively closing deals and meeting keyperformanceindicators


    Reporting:

    Provide regular updates on sales activities lead generation andconversions to the salesmanager


    Adhere to Scripts andGuidelines:

     Follow established scripts andguidelines for effective communication during coldcalls


    Documentation:

    Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions inthe CRMsystem

    Requirements:

    ExcellentEnglish Speaking Skills: Clear and articulatecommunication isessential


    ProvenExperience:

     Previous experience in cold calling andinside sales ispreferred


    SalesSkills:

     Strong persuasion and negotiation skillswith a focus on achieving salestargets


    SelfMotivated:

    Ability to work independently and meetdeadlines


    TeamPlayer:

     Collaborate effectively with team members toachieve collective goals


    TimeManagement:

     Efficiently manage time and prioritizetasks to maximizeproductivity
