    Description

    Job Description:

    • Position Overview: We are seeking an Application Engineer for the Analytics & Engineering department in Japan, specifically for individuals from Vietnam.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Work on system integration projects as an Application Engineer to solve customer business challenges.
      • Lead the development process in small projects following the V-shaped model from requirements definition to delivery, or as the leader of the entire development process.
      • Lead the development phase of specific tasks as a team leader in larger projects involving multiple team members.
      • Required experience in structured programming, database operations, and the ability to acquire project management skills through development tasks.
      • In the future, collaborate with the development team in Vietnam and take on the role of a Bridge Engineer to lead development efforts.
    • Market Value: Through these roles, you can build a marketable profile as an Application Engineer in both Japan and Vietnam. Fluency in English can further expand your career opportunities.
    • Requirements:
      • Must hold N1 certification.
      • Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Application Engineer in project participation.
      • 5+ years' experience requires prior experience as a project leader.
      • Proficiency in Java or C-family languages for programming.
      • Ability to execute SQL commands for database skills.
      • Understanding of relational database table relationships and consideration in programming and design.
      • Ability to write design documents such as functional design specifications and detailed design specifications, as well as test design documents.
    • Additional Requirements (WANT):
      • Experience in project financial management.
      • Experience in guiding, training, and advising less experienced team members.
